Payment Terms
• All payments must be made upfront and in full before the commencement of any work.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
• No work will begin until the payment has been received and confirmed.
Service Delivery
• Content will be delivered as per the plan chosen and agreed upon by the client.
• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the project and adhered to as closely as possible.
• Any delays caused by the client (e.g., delays in providing necessary information or approvals) may affect the delivery timeline.
Revisions and Edits
• Each plan includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the service description.
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate of ₹2,500/hour.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of content delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be provided once payment has been made and work has commenced.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Content Ownership
• Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the content created.
• The agency reserves the right to use created content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.
Confidentiality
• Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
• The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing required information or approvals may result in delays in the project timeline.
Limitation of Liability
• The agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
• The agency’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.
Bond Requirement
• Before starting the project, the client will be required to sign a bond/agreement confirming the terms of the engagement and agreeing to the upfront payment.
• This bond/agreement will outline the expectations, deliverables, timelines, and the payment structure, ensuring both parties are clear on their commitments.
• The bond will also ensure that the client is committed to the full project duration (for monthly plans) or agreed upon terms for shorter projects.
Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad,Telangana.
Acceptance of Terms
• By making a payment and engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, including the bond requirement.
